For the past 3 years, Bangs Ambulance Workers have been negotiating for a contract where the values of care of the agency reflect the working conditions of the employee. Management agreed to sign a contract on April 7th, a month later the company wants to reopen negotiations.
Bangs Ambulance employees have been subject to unfair labor expectations and burnout, while working without proper benefits or support. This has resulted in a hostile work environment with unequal discipline policies and treatment of employees. Bangs Ambulace Workers United asks for your support in urging our employer to sign the contract we have spent 3 years negotiating.
